RealNZ is seeking a versatile and organised individual to step into a permanent, full‑time hybrid role combining Team Leadership of our Coach Cleaning operations with broader Operations Support across our Whakatipu transport network.

What You'll Be Doing

In this unique position, you'll play a key part in both supporting day‑to‑day transport operations and ensuring our fleet is presented to the highest standard for every guest experience. As Coach Cleaning Team Lead, you'll be directly responsible for managing and leading the coach cleaning team, setting the standard for cleanliness and presentation across our fleet. You'll oversee scheduling, quality control, and the day‑to‑day running of cleaning operations to ensure every guest boards a vehicle that reflects the RealNZ experience.
