Requirement :

• Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject/s
• At least 2+ years of experience as an Operations Team Lead / Operations Survisor / Assistant Managerin any LOBs (preferably in sales orretail domain)
• Experiencemanaging team operations/production agents doing voice work (international account)
• Preferably available to start immediately
