Job Overview

This is an interview position plus CEV. The role is a frontline supervisor that supports the FedEx Express Safety Above All Culture and manages day‑to‑day sort operations along with assigned Cargo Handlers (CH) staff within a station. The Operations Supervisor leads and guides employees in proper package handling, routing, and recovery of potential service failures within the station sort function. They oversee all CH functions, direct work activities, mentor, coach, and train staff, and ensure administrative processes comply with FedEx Express policies, procedures, and government regulations.
