Builds strategic relationships, supports top management, oversees operations and workforce planning, manages accounts and business development, and ensures efficient daily operations and safe deployment of workers.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

1. Build excellent relationships with key employees among clients.
2. Create plans to address clients' business needs.
3. Advise clients on creating processes that will satisfy business needs.
4. Schedule regular meetings with client PICs to ensure they are satisfied.
5. Act as point of contact for complaints and elevate issues as appropriate.
