Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of the OR&A plan across all project phases.
- Define readiness criteria aligned with ADNOC standards and project objectives.
- Develop and maintain OR&A philosophy covering people, process, systems, and assurance.
- Coordinate and participate in OR&A stage‑gate reviews (FEL, detailed engineering, pre‑commissioning, start‑up).
- Verify readiness against defined criteria before progression to next project phase.
