OssKin is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead initiatives in our Montreal office. You’ll drive projects from concept to execution, improving systems and enhancing customer experience.
In this key role, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee cross-functional project management while developing efficient operational systems. With your hands-on approach, you’ll identify bottlenecks, implement strategies using data insights, and rally a team towards ambitious OKRs.

Requirements:
• Degree in project management or related field
• 3+ years in operations within a high-growth company
• Proficient with CRM, ERP, and project management tools
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and KPIs
