General Description

Under general supervision, the Operations Planner II develops and administers the short‑ and long‑term planning of Underground Services prevention, corrective, and asset management programs on the water distribution, wastewater collection, and storm water collection system. This includes organising, developing, assigning, coordinating, and prioritising key deliverables for Underground Services. The Planner II supports operational projects necessary to meet the goals of the Strategic Plan, Asset Management objectives, and operational objectives.
