Position Overview
Job Description Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement Analysis of various chargeback scenarios and processing of Chargeback requests Handle inquiries and follow up with relevant parties regarding dispute matters Perform fulfilment and processing tasks as part of BAU Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors Support other products and ad-hoc tasks within Operations where required
Requirements Possess a recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment Meticulous with eye for detail and quality Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office and Google suite applications
