This role is responsible in providing operational leadership to the multidisciplinary team at the Radiation and/or Medical Oncology Site, complying with legislative/governing standards, and driving strategic business objectives.
Job Description Lead, coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of the healthcare facility to ensure the site is effective and efficient in the delivery of quality care to patients. Understand the local network's (including patients, referrals, suppliers, business partners and Doctors) expectations and needs from entry/admission through to discharge or transfer of patients to build effective relationships, address service delivery issues and implement solutions promptly.
