Job Summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead an inbound or outbound operation, or a functional process, within an Amazon Fulfillment Center. The role focuses on creating and executing a worldwide supply chain, managing volume flows and fullness, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or transportation logistics.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 2+ years of strong operations management experience with proficiency in data analysis.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.
• Supervisory responsibility for a minimum of 100 hourly employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• English proficiency.
