Key Responsibilities:
- Provide time-critical logistics solutions for our customers, specializing in Onboard Courier (OBC) shipments.
- Coordinate flight bookings, couriers and customs clearance procedures.
- Facilitate seamless communication among all stakeholders, including customers, couriers and partners.
- Proactively track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and swiftly addressing and solving any challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the management team on special projects.
- Perform administrative duties, including order completion, data entry, and invoicing.
