The Technology Partner Ecosystem (TPES) at 8x8 is a high‑growth program that integrates best‑in‑class technology partners into 8x8's go‑to‑market motion. As the Operations Manager for TPES, you will be the operational backbone of the team — owning the programs, processes, and data that keep the ecosystem running cleanly and at pace. You’ll also be the human bridge between the sales organization and the partner network, making sure sellers can move fast when a partner connection could change the outcome of a deal. You’re the person who makes sure the right information exists in the right place, partner launches happen without gaps, and nothing falls through the cracks.
