Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our projects and business operations. This role will ensure construction, reclamation, and renovation projects run efficiently, while managing comprehensive administrative, finance, and manpower responsibilities.

Operational Management

• Oversee and manage the execution of construction, reclamation, and renovation projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, manpower, and resources.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and cost estimates.
