About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Officer to ensure organizational compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JAWDA audits , healthcare SOP development, and regulatory compliance within medical facilities in Abu Dhabi.

• Ensure compliance with regulations of Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH).
• Coordinate and manage JAWDA performance audits and quality reporting .
• Monitor updates in healthcare laws and implement necessary policy changes.
• Lead preparation for JAWDA audits and external inspections.
• Analyze KPIs and clinical performance indicators.
