Position Overview
Duties will include.
* Overseeing tenders.
* Overseeing Contracts Managers & Operation Co-ordinators
* The Contracts managers will run the day to day works with the roofers, and liaise with Ops coordinators for orders etc..
* Planning labour and materials with contracts managers and ensuring that all sites are adequately resourced.
* Securing material prices through merchants.
* Managing stock.
* Attending pre-start meetings.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, and main contractors, attending meetings and providing project updates.
* Checking and signing off RAMS for each site.
* Work with commercial team to monitor budgets, track variations, and manage turnover to maximise profitability.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (such as CSCS/SSSTS standards in the UK), including risk assessments and site audits. [1, 2, 3, 4]
