We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be the operational anchor of the business, someone who thinks commercially, leads with confidence, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.

This is a senior, hands-on role in a boutique environment. You will be the most senior person in the office day to day, working closely with the MD and a small team, and making decisions independently without needing to be directed.
