We are seeking a results-driven **Production Team Leader** for our client in Manassas, Virginia to lead daily operations for upward of 20 contractors, drive productivity, and ensure optimal workforce performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Pay Range: $30.00hr - $35.00hr**
**Schedule: Must be flexible to work varying shifts to include some evenings & weekends.**
**Bachelor's degree w/ 3–5 years of production supervision experience OR 7+ years of combined education and relevant experience to be considered.**
