Position Overview

The Operation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations across Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise in sheet metal, metal fabrication, CNC machining, and semiconductor industry practices. • Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations across Production, QA, and Engineering departments.
