Proven experience in overseeing the operations of a complex plant that requires the implementation of Just-in-Time (JIT) processes Exceptional leadership and management abilities Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations Management Duties & Responsibilities

Market Development Identify target potential customers within assigned geography and utilize network, research, or other methods to open doors Develop clientele and intelligent business proposals Negotiate pricing and contracts to deliver value and growth Develop sales strategy Execute sales strategy and lead cross functional team to meet client expectations for accuracy and timelines Valuation of potential investments
