The role

• Work with the Managing Director of Integrated Service and the current GM to develop the business strategy
• Set out actions and timelines to deliver the objectives
• Ensure buy in to the objectives across the business
• Daily management of site works and powder coating works
• Determine labour and skills requirements for contracts and powder coating operations
• Lead off site projects and support resourcing plans
• Ensure all project documentation is prepared and meets all regulatory requirements- Method statements, COSHH assessments, safety data sheets, technical data sheets, Risk assessments and Toolbox talks
