The Operations Leader for the Combustion Cell at the PTG Service Centre facility in Indonesia plays a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end daily operations—from planning through to execution. This position is accountable for ensuring that all activities within the Combustion Cell are carried out safely and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality. Additionally, the role is expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote operational excellence, solve problems, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
