Position Overview
Requirements - Preferably the team lead candidate has prior team lead experience working in Singapore, as the working culture differs in Singapore vs offshore delivery centers.
- Expectation of SG customers in a SI environment varies very much from supporting overseas/American/European customers from offshore delivery centers.
- Key criteria should be in leading a team of operations engineers which extends beyond Elastic (Observability domain), not a team lead for being a L3/L4 in the observability domain, though it will be good if the candidate has some prior experience supporting observability tooling.
- From technology standpoint, the team lead will have SMEs in each technology stack to support him/her. i.e. he does not need be master in the whole technology stack.
