It empowers independent creators, studios, and creative professionals with AI-native workflows to ideate, produce, and publish high-quality content — from concept to final output. As we scale internationally, we're looking for a seasoned operations leader to grow and cultivate our global AI creator community.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Operations

- Design and execute full-funnel user operations strategies covering acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for overseas markets

- Build data-driven user insight systems; define and track core metrics (DAU, MAU, retention rate, LTV, conversion)

- Run A/B tests and lifecycle campaigns to optimize user engagement across the platform
