Position Summary Internships are Monday through Friday for 40 hours a week. Operations Interns will work with our ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) team to assist in all aspects of operations, including product receiving, inventory control, quality testing and shipping.
Responsibilities - Learn how to use vendor-required/specific software to test peripherals (LCD screens, processors, motherboards, memory, hard drives, etc.).
- Organize, test, troubleshoot, repair and catalogue electronic hardware (servers, workstations, network equipment, computers and spare parts).
- Erase existing data from storage devices and reset devices to original factory specifications.
- Provide updates to the status of purchase orders and expedite orders as necessary.
- Adhere to all ESD requirements and recycling policies.
