Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and organize company documents, records, and templates (digital & physical).
• Ensure all files are properly labelled, stored, and accessible to relevant departments.
• Assist in implementing document control procedures, including version control and tracking changes.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.
• Support daily operations by assisting with scheduling, project tracking, and workflow documentation.
