Working as a General Manager

CertaPro Painters® is looking for a results-driven, highly motivated, solutions-oriented General Manager to join our community. The primary role of the General Manager is to lead and support franchisees throughout the United States and Canada to maximize sales, customer experience, and profits in the painting business.

Responsibilities

  • First line of communication with Franchisees
  • Provide guidance and leadership to franchisees on operations related to the successful operation of a painting business. This will include skill transfer to franchisees and their staff in the areas of leadership, marketing, sales, production, financials, etc.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and conduct meetings for the purpose of growing the brand and revenue
