Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee daily bunker operations and align vessel schedules to keep activities running smoothly.
- Engage with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities on bunker delivery arrangements.
- Observe bunker loading and discharging activities to safeguard operational efficiency and compliance.
- Compile and validate operational documents, including Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN), cargo documents, delivery reports, port documentation, and Statements of Facts (SOF).
- Follow vessel movements and keep customers informed on operational status.
- Capture accurate records of cargo quantities, fuel transfers, and inventory movements.
- Carry out spot checks to confirm bunker operations meet safety and regulatory requirements.
