We Are Hiring – Operations Executive (Automotive) Looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to join our team at Ah Keng Motor.
This role requires someone with automotive knowledge or workshop experience to coordinate daily operations effectively.
Job Scope - Liaise with customers on vehicle issues and job updates via WhatsApp or calls.
- Coordinate with workshop team on repair progress.
- Work with Managers to prepare quotations.
- Communicate with suppliers for parts pricing and availability.
- Follow up on customer approvals before work proceeds.
- Ensure all jobs have proper documentation (quotation, approval, job records).
- Monitor job status and ensure smooth workflow.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
- 5.5-day work week.
