Position Overview
Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation/Logistics
- Position Title: Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive – Air Freight
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 1.00PM – 9PM) (Saturday – half day, on remote standby)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of air freight shipments, from origin to final destination, ensuring on-time performance.
- Act as the primary liaison, coordinating effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams to guarantee seamless movement and timely delivery of goods.
