Blair West are supporting a PE-backed, B-Corp certified games business, to find an Operations Director. The business has trebled in size over the last three years, with products sold in more than 50 countries worldwide.

Following recent Private Equity investment, the business is accelerating international expansion, increasing control of its supply chain and distribution activities, and investing in future growth opportunities. This is a newly created executive leadership position, reporting to the Co-CEO and joining the Executive Team to build the operational foundations required for the next stage of growth.
