Operations & Client Manager We are looking for a leader to manage the front desk teams at both our Jalan Besar and Holland Grove Road branches. The role includes:
- Purchasing for both branches
- Team discipline & morale for the front desk teams
- Scheduling and leave management
- Managing relationships with external suppliers & vendors
- Handling client complaints
- Upkeeping and maintaining clinic facilities and infrastructure at both branches
- Training and mentoring new receptionists
Qualifications Strong experience with front desk operations in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is required.
