Position Overview
Fortune Global 500 UPS : Job Responsibilities - Receipt of clinical trial/commercial drugs and clinical trial/commercial supplies in accordance with procedures.
- Generation of shipping documentation upon receipt of study requests.
- Create inventory pick list within warehouse inventory Management system.
- Physical pick of drug supplies (including lab kits) from within the warehouse.
- Inspection of drug supplies picked for shipment by other associates.
- Preparation of shipment export documentation.
- Processing of shipment acknowledgment receipts.
- Performing JIT labelling and batch record labelling according to cGMP standards.
- Filing of study shipment documentation and archiving support.
- Post shipment notification to clients.
- Stock control including periodic cycle counts.
