Operations Associate Reports to: Operations Manager Location: Patel Nagar, Delhi (full-time, on-site) Role Summary You will be the execution engine for Stage 1. Your role is to gather accurate data from 40+ team members every week, maintain clean Excel trackers, and support the creation of professional dashboards that leadership will use to drive improvements.
