Operations and Sales Support Executive

Overview: This role supports our Operations and Sales teams by managing the supply chain, processing invoices, and ensuring efficient customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the OFG division
• Value‑add in the supply chain by engaging with existing and future suppliers of equipment and all associated services
• Process supply invoices for payment and send related invoices to the finance division
• Add value in the collection fund from debtors
• Manage the value chain to reduce costs and improve customer service
• Support sales portfolio by targeting the OFG division
• Market the division to current and potential customers, both local and foreign
• Process customer invoices, checking pricing and quantities of supply/stocks to ensure order fulfilment
