The Operations and Compliance Coordinator position is a newly created role, reporting to the Commercial Manager. This position will include coordination within our Orchard, Trucking, Farm and, in time, our new Quarry. The role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills. Hours will vary based on seasonal requirements - typically 30 hours a week in the off-season and 40 hours in the on-season.
