About the Role

As an Operations & Analytics Manager in the Marketplace team at Uber Eats Spain, you will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our Delivery business. This role sits at the core of our strategy to drive marketplace efficiency, improve customer, earner and merchant experience, and unlock sustainable growth.

You will own high impact marketplace initiatives, acting as a strategic problem solver who leverages data to identify opportunities, address inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions. By translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, you will help improve unit economics, service quality, and operational performance across Spain.
