About the role
We have two permanent opportunities to join ACC as an Operations Administrator within our Levy Administration team based in Wellington. In this role, you will manage high-volume transactional processing for business customer policies, including applications, changes, payments, and account updates, ensuring accurate levy administration and supporting positive outcomes for customers across Aotearoa.
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume business customer transactions, including applications, payments, and account updates.
- Resolve queries and support online services for business customers.
- Ensure accurate levy administration and contribute to keeping New Zealanders safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
