About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Suffolk Water Supply Teams. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of a busy operational environment, where your work will help ensure the smooth and effective flow of data and information across multiple processes.

Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you’ll liaise closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Your support will be essential to Water Supply Managers, Team Managers, Treatment Works Controllers and Operatives, helping them to carry out their roles effectively. You’ll also provide flexible cover for other operations support assistants, contributing to the resilience and continuity of the Essex and Suffolk areas.
