The role focuses on analysing end‑to‑end operations for business resilience, assessing risk across people, technology, third parties, and core business functions, and shaping the team’s approach beyond traditional business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end operations to identify resilience gaps.
• Develop and implement resilience strategies that span people, processes, technology, and third‑party relationships.
• Perform critical assessment of the organization’s vulnerable areas, including security, IT continuity, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed resilience into everyday operations.
