ART Ambulance Services L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and experienced Operational Manager to support our CEO in running and expanding our ambulance and prehospital care operations in Dubai. This is a hands‑on leadership position with full operational responsibility managing a growing local team and ensuring high-quality services across event support and patient transportation.

You will oversee a team of small team of key players and take ownership of team deployment coordination on‑site at events and the day‑to‑day running of operations. Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations including dispatch coordination, staff management, patient transport, medical standby services and quality assurance
