Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily team operations
• Monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
• Provide coaching and performance feedback
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare performance and operations reports
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
