Responsibilities
Handle the day-to-day retain task Trade Finance procedure, to meet agreed customer service level agreements and review outstanding transactions.Responsible for responding to ad-hoc issues or internal client queries on a timely basis, ensuring all communications have been responded accurate.Identify, mitigate risks in the manual procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements.Actively supports transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of the process.Produce and Manage MIS, internal reports and statistics of department activities.Skills
Degree in Economics would be suitable.High level in English/Spanish communication and skilled at collaborating with divers...
