The Brazil First Mile Operations External Fulfillment (EF Ops) team is responsible for the logistics of our sellers and operation of vendors. We seek an External fulfillment Operations Manager who bring the team together to push excellence in safety, quality and productivity across our vendors operations. Your focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your scope, while influencing and driving strong CX performance across our Vendors and 3P partners on the supply chain programs such as Vendor Flex and Direct Fulfillment. You’ll lead other managers and create the operational plan that helps your teams meet their targets. This role is all about driving operational excellence to create the Amazon of tomorrow.
