Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Checking production sheet and checking at least 1 month compilation complete.
- Check for on hand items, proper labelling and quantity record wastages or spoilages
- Checking and coaching of cooking procedures of all prepared items
- Validate receiving of deliveries, ensuring that products specifications and quantities are met
- Double checking of all station set up/par up to ensure success of the days’ operation through line check
- A proper line check ensures that the food quality is up to specifications, the food is being rotated, and that any portioned items are of the proper weight.
- Maintaining ticket times are the responsibility of the person working Window.
- Attends and conducts Shift Meeting for updates regarding training, new organizational communication/information and other restaurant operations concern Middle person during lunch/dinner time.
