Role Objective:
You will be deployed to support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of the school. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily on-site operations.
Plan and organize manpower for school operations.
Lead and mentor junior officers and staff.
Perform minor repair work and identify building faults to ensure school safety.
Accompany contractors during repairs and maintenance visits.
Manage security and access control at school gates (specifically the Aljunied Road drop-off/pick-up point).
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday:
6:30 am to 3:30 pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break).
Friday:
6:30 am to 3:00 pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break).
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Education:
BCA diploma in Facilities Management-related discipline or equivalent.
Experience:
