Centre Operations
. Oversee daily operations across Admiralty and Choa Chu Kang centres . Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational standards across student care and tuition . Conduct routine checks on cleanliness, documentation, safety, and stock levels . Support implementation of new workflows and operational improvements . Follow up on action items from centre meetings . Assist with light facilities upkeep including monthly maintenance of centre equipment Customer Service & Parent-Facing Admin
