Operation Executive (OE)
Position Summary The Operation Executive (OE) is responsible for managing and monitoring daily operational activities, ensuring smooth communication between clients, management, and operation teams. The OE shall ensure all operational matters, documentation, reporting, personnel welfare, and site operations are carried out effectively in accordance with company SOP, policies, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Daily Responsibilities
Monitor, reply, answer, and take action on letters and emails related to operational matters and requirements.
Ensure operational issues raised by clients, guards, or operation teams are attended to within the allocated time frame.
Weekly Responsibilities
Maintain good rapport with clients and conduct client visits at least twice weekly.
Attend meetings with clients on behalf of the company.
