Responsibilities
Being responsible for the profitability and growth of single or multiple profit centers. Establishing and directing the short-, medium-, and long-term manufacturing plans, strategy, and policy.Driving Lean Management Projects with a focus on optimizing process flow and reducing no value-added waste.Supporting Lean Management events such as Kaizen-Workshops and DMAIC events.Being accountable for the implementation of OPEX-driven improvements.Coordinating production schedules based on product introduction timelines set by the customer helps to improve factory throughput while working with the supply chain to shorten or meet customer delivery dates.Organizing and operationally focused to meet tactical as well as strategic company initiatives.Training Lean awareness to all related ...
