Operations Engineer Team Lead

Lead an Operations Engineer team and ensure that all physical, technical, and administrative tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with site standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Operations Engineers, providing clear direction and acting as the primary escalation point
• Oversee day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including UPS, HVAC, cooling, and mechanical/electrical systems
• Ensure uptime, performance, and resilience through preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and effective incident response
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality
• Ensure accurate documentation and alignment with asset management and CMMS systems, internal procedures, and industry standards
