The appointment can be at the Assistant, Associate, or Full-Professor level with a rank commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The Department of Anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine welcomes applications for a tenure-track faculty position in one of our basic research centers. Successful candidates will join an existing group of faculty with research interests in basic and translational pharmacological science.

Collaborative research areas involve multiple aspects of drug discovery including drug mechanisms, medicinal chemistry, PK/PD, pharmacogenomics and drug development with a robust focus on chemical biology, pharmacology, behavior, and neuroscience.
